Qualtrics partners - System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers and Technology Partners are an integral part of Qualtrics business to help customers unlock Power of Qualtrics’ Experience Management platform. We are looking for a self-driven, go-getter to help grow these Partners on Technical solutions. Success in this position requires the candidate to be a technical ninja by aligning with key programs and educating/up-skilling Partners on key product features. The candidate will present skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether it's white boarding or using presentations and demos to build mind share among Qualtrics Partners across Southeast Asia, India, South Korea, Greater China and Australia. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of successfully working with large-medium regional Partners and creating technical champions among them. Candidate with knowledge on broader platform ecosystem, products, competition to influence and be the Partner’s trusted advisor. This role requires travel up to 50% throughout the quarter to support Partner engagement such as enablement, sales pipeline activities and key marketing events. **How You’ll Find Success** + Take initiative to build partner pre-sales skills through enablement, mentoring, and ongoing support. + Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and influence across multiple teams and stakeholders. + Translate technical product features into compelling business value. + Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams. + Drive adoption of Qualtrics solutions by understanding partner needs and co-developing go-to-market strategies. + Thrive in dynamic environments with a continuous improvement mindset. + Build strong relationships as a trusted strategic stakeholder within partner organisations. **How You’ll Grow** + Progress through a structured promotion process with clear milestones. + Engage in Career Action Planning with your manager for ongoing development. + Access internal mobility opportunities within Qualtrics. + Deepen your domain expertise in XM and SaaS solutions. + Expand your leadership and solution architecture skills by working on innovative co-development projects. **Things You’ll Do** + Collaborate with Partners to create assets and demos, build hands-on POCs and pitch Qualtrics solutions. + Help Solution Providers/Practice Leads with the technical strategies that enable them to sell their offerings on Qualtrics. + Keep Partners up to date on key Qualtrics product updates and future roadmaps to help them represent Qualtrics to their clients about latest technology solutions and benefits. + Run technical enablement programs to provide best practices, and solution design workshops to help Partners create effective solutions. + Forward Strategic thinking - quickly grasp the essence of new concepts and business value messaging. Sharing customer success stories & case studies to showcase the impact of Qualtrics. + Strong understanding of how Partners make revenue through the Industry priorities & complexities they face and influence where Qualtrics products can have the most impact for their product services. + Conversations with other technologists, providing presentations at the C-level. **What We’re Looking For On Your Resume** + Have a total of 6+ years of relevant experience. + Experience working with consulting and implementation partners within the region. + Be Qualtrics Certified and showcase deep product knowledge across the Customer Experience, Employee Experience and Strategic Research methods. + Experience with integration into CRM, HRIS and Contact Centre platforms like Successfactors, Salesforce, SNOW, Genesys and NICE are a plus. + Strong experience with major cloud platforms and tooling, especially Azure or AWS, or Google Cloud. + Experience with Generative and Agentic use cases is a plus. **What You Should Know About This Team** + Collaborative and supportive with a strong desire to learn and innovate. + Mission-driven to help sales teams confidently demonstrate Qualtrics value and impact customer success. + Thrive in a fast-changing environment where creativity and adaptability are prized. + High-performing team culture focused on career development and growth. **Our Team’s Favourite Perks and Benefits** + Work life integration is deeply important to us - we have frequent office events, team outings, and happy hours + Qualtrics Experience Program - SGD 2,400 for an experience of your choosing (eligible after a year) + Wellness Reimbursement Program - SGD 1600 annually (SGD 400/quarter) for wellness related activities + We take pride in our office design aiming at cultivating creativity from our rooftop views to an open and collaborative work space + On top of standard benefits package (medical employees and their families, dental, vision, life insurance, etc) we provide snacks, drinks, and free lunches in our offices + We believe in sharing Qualtrics success which is part of the compensation for all employees **The Qualtrics Hybrid Work Model:** Our hybrid work model is elegantly simple: we all gather in the office three days a week; Mondays and Thursdays, plus one day selected by your organisational leader.
