Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team and take ownership of our CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize pipelines that power our build, test, and deployment processes for mission-critical cloud applications.

You will collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and cloud architects to ensure that our delivery process is fast, reliable, and secure. This is a hands-on position where you will have significant influence over our release processes, deployment strategies, and DevOps tooling. Location Bangalore (Hybrid).

Responsibility

Architect and maintain highly available CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CIAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform or AWS CloudFormationIntegrate pipelines with automated testing frameworks for quality assurance.Implement security checks, compliance scans, and performance tests as part of the release workflowWork with development teams to improve build speed, reliability, and deployment frequencySupport multi-environment deployments (dev, staging, production) with rollback strategiesMonitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues in real timeAdvocate for and implement DevOps best practices across the organization

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years in DevOps, with a focus on pipeline creation and automationStrong experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, CodeBuild, CodePipeline)Deep understanding of CI/CD tools and build orchestrationStrong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Groovy)Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation)Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS)Strong Git and branching/release strategy experienceFamiliarity with DevSecOps and integrating security into pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway)Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)Knowledge of advanced deployment strategies (Blue/Green, Canary, Rolling)
