The Principal Software Developer will play a key leadership role in designing and developing high-quality software while mentoring team members and contributing to architecture and delivery standards across the organization.   How You’ll Spend Your Time Designing and implementing clean, efficient, and scalable code using Microsoft and AWS technologies to build high-quality, secure software solutions Leading and mentoring a multi-disciplinary Agile squad to ensure high standards of engineering excellence and timely delivery of features Collaborating with stakeholders and technical leads to review, refine, and prioritize product backlog items in order to achieve consistent and high-impact deliverables Troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues in order to maintain system reliability and performance Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including reducing technical debt and establishing non-functional requirements related to scalability, operability, and deployment What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having 2+ years of experience as a Senior Software Developer or similar role within a collaborative Agile environment Proven success in leading technical delivery while coaching and mentoring software teams In-depth knowledge on how to build secure, performant, and maintainable systems within Microsoft and AWS ecosystems Sincere interest in improving healthcare through technology and innovation A knack for working collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team focused on delivering real-world impact   By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
