Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. **Main responsibilities:** + Provide hands-on expertise and serve as in vivo pharmacology lead for research programs within the cluster + Develop and implement new clinically-relevant mouse models of inflammatory diseases to evaluate the pharmacodynamic effect and efficacy of innovative therapeutic agents to support portfolio progression + Identify and develop ex vivo analytical tools that can be used to maximize the read-outs from in vivo studies + Present research findings and data to project teams + Maintain records (including study protocols, procedures, data reports, and related documentation) and prepare reports for IND filings + Ensure compliance with company established practices and maintain the highest standards of animal welfare and ethical compliance and data integrity + Enable productivity, execution with a sense of urgency, teamwork, accountability, scientific rigor and excellence **_About you_** + **Experience:** Ensure compliance with company established practices and maintain the highest standards of animal welfare and ethical compliance and data integrity + **Soft skills:** Excellent interpersonal and impactful communication skills. Demonstrate a high level of autonomy and initiative to troubleshoot and accurately perform data analysis on in vivo studies. Self-motivated team player and fast learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic and multi-disciplinary environment + **Technical skills:** Proficiency and hands-on experience in technical skills to carry out efficacy, pharmacodynamic, pharmacokinetic and biodistribution studies in rodent models of autoimmunity and inflammation. Experience working with cross-functional teams.
