Join the Montpellier bioanalysis team as Principal Scientist and you’ll develop and implement analytical assays using cutting-edge approaches/technologies in Liquid Chromatography coupled to Mass Spectrometry field, to support mainly clinical projects of Sanofi portfolio. You will support multiple projects and collaborate transversally with colleagues across the globe, coordinating the analytical activities of your own project from preclinical to clinical, till submission.

Main responsibilities:
 

Lead analytical innovation by developing and validating sensitive/robust mass spectrometry assays for PK/PD assessment in clinical studiesDrive scientific excellence through creative problem-solving and technical troubleshootingChampion laboratory advancement while mentoring students and techniciansRepresent bioanalytical expertise in high-visibility project meetingsContribute end-to-end analytical strategies for clinical-stage projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Sanofi's worldwide network

About you

Education and Experience:
 

Master of sciences, with a track record in developing Mass Spectrometry assays for Pharmacokinetic (PK) and Pharmacodynamic (Biomarkers) supports in pharmaceutical industry or PhD degree in analytical science
 

Soft and technical skills:

Expertise in Mass spectrometry (Quantitative LC-MS and LC-HRMS)Analysis of biotherapeutics (mAb, ADCs, fusion protein, antibody fragments)Strong background in biological sample preparation including immuno-extractionGCP (Good Clinical Practices) and GCLP (Good Clinical Laboratory Practices) regulatory frameworkProject management skills with ability to coordinate complex workflowsNatural influencer with great communication and relationship-building skillsOligonucleotides bioanalysis, Advanced instrumentation knowledge and Interest for AI are a plus

Languages:

English (fluent). French is a plus
