We have an opportunity for a Sales Account Manager to join us at Honeywell in\nKazakhstan, Almaty. In this role, with specific emphasis in Kazakhstan,\nUzbekistan and Turkmenistan and based in Kazakhstan. you’ll responsible for\nproviding the necessary customer coverage, relationship management and\ncommercial and technical positioning of UOP process technologies, products,\nequipment and services to ensure optimum market share in the region.
Key Requirements
Develop\n a clear understanding of assigned customers with respect to their business\n drivers, buying behaviors, and decision-making structures.Assist\n SBU management and HGR team with managing the interface with key client\n executives.Identify\n sales opportunities and manage the intake into UOP, prepare sales\n strategy; input to technical strategy; deliver proposal and manage\n follow-up internally and with customerConsult\n with Project Sales on revamp and new unit sales execution with existing\n customers and maintain customer relationships through such Project Sales\n eventsDevelop,\n manage and negotiate commercial agreements for After Market Business\n events including catalyst sales, equipment parts/services/maintenance\n sales, services sales, etc.Develop\n and close sales opportunities within pricing guidelines and following UOP\n Operating GuidelinesCommunicate\n client needs and drivers to relevant groups within UOP and communicate UOP\n questions and clarifications effectively to client.Positioning\n of relevant process technologies and equipment with a view to ensuring\n UOP’s success as well as maximizing sales revenue.Developing\n strategies for complex sales prospects in consultation with Project Sales\n and Sales Support.Organizing\n and leading internal RFQ/proposal review and pricing/bid strategy\n meetings.Complete\n won/lost reports for LST sales events in a timely manner.Forecast\n sales and revenues on a weekly basis.Manage\n accounts receivables for assigned customers.Prepare\n and implement customer account plans and maintain customer contact\n records.Gather competitive intelligence and communicate within\n UOP.
