**Job Description:**
Applies functional expertise of Quality Assurance requirements to help execute organizational objectives.
Helps less experienced employees in the implementation of risk mitigations and continuous improvement projects, as well as support for documentation associated with processes and activities for the organization's products.
Acts as lead in supporting management of routine data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
Initiates partnerships across the organization to identify risks and ensure flawless customer support.
Supports updating of quality policies and procedures based on new or revised regulatory requirements, internal investigations, and audits.
Helps conduct formal escalation processes to ensure visibility of risks associated with product quality, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo in day-to-day interactions with team.

Responsibilities
In compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Johnson & Johnson corporate procedures and guidelines, this position:
• Trains associates and coworkers in areas such as manufacturing processes, system applications, measuring equipment, and customer complaints, as required.
• Performs verifications of completed activities resulting from non-conformities.
• May conduct product release activities.
• Supports and executes investigations for non-conformities, audit observations, CAPAs, and others.
• Analyzes customer complaints.
• Collects and analyzes data, prepares reports, and distributes quality metrics and initiatives.
• Maintains departmental consumable inventories (e.g., stationery).
• Maintains quality records in accordance with the Records Retention Schedule.
• Updates and provides quality system records and information for the plant.
• May serve as database administrator for the department.
• Participates in the development and improvement of quality systems and processes.
• Supports quality engineers by assisting production lines.
• Coordinates quality-related issues as needed.
• Assists quality engineers in maintaining quality system documents.
• Ensures compliance with Quality procedures, regulations, and applicable market requirements.
• Adheres to company policies regarding health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
• Follow all company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
• Ensure personal and company compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and company regulations and policies.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Experience / Education / Qualifications
• High School Diploma and/or Technical Career required. Desirable: nearing completion or recently completed college degree.
• More than 6 years of experience in a related role.
• Certifications preferred:
• Quality Improvement Associate or Quality Auditor Certification (ASQ)
• Process Excellence – Green Belt Certification
• Bilingual: English / Spanish (required).
• Knowledge of:
• QSR / ISO standards (preferred).
• Quality engineering tools (e.g., measurement system analysis, basic statistical analysis).
• Basic computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
• Presentation and communication tools: Power BI, Canva, Envato, Adobe Express/Photoshop.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
