You have:
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience Proven track record managing large global technology initiatives Experience in both hardware and software project management Strong competency in Jira for project tracking and management Excellent verbal and written communication skillsIt would be nice if you also had:
Experience in the telecommunications or optical industry Certification in project/program management (e.g., PMP) Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies Ability to effectively lead diverse groups with varied skillsets Drive the successful execution of multidiscipline programs that combine hardware and software development. Lead cross-functional teams in defining program scope and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Create, track, and manage detailed schedules and milestones for product development from concept to mass production. Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, including executive management, on status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Champion best practices in project management, including adherence to Nokia's Product Life-Cycle Process and conducting milestone reviews. Proactively identify and resolve interdependencies and issues that may impact program success. Mentor and guide team members from diverse backgrounds, fostering collaboration and consensus across disciplines. Utilize project management tools, such as Jira, to enable efficient tracking and reporting of project activities.
