Play a leadership role in our mission-based teams that create offerings and services to accomplish things such as: build manager capability; enable a culture and work environment of diversity and inclusion; design our workforce and workplace of the future; enable career growth; and transform our HR technology for the future – to name a few. In this role you will have the opportunity to:

Develop a high-quality program/portfolio management plan and roadmap, including specific milestones to be individually owned and trackedDrive execution across all workstreams of the priority and ensure the team operates with extreme ownership to deliver outcomes with velocityUnderstand the impact of changes and type of change (process, technology and organization) across multiple functions and develop the change management approach and plan.Foster shared accountability through defining and managing effective op mechs, tracking tools, escalation paths and processes for the teamIdentify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies to ensure the team can execute with speedTrack progress against outcomes and provide regular updates to sponsors and P&P LeadershipIdentify when a decision or tradeoff is needed, drive discussions to assess options, and provide principled and data driven recommendations to stakeholders for final decision
