The Compute Business Operations team is responsible for supporting an infrastructure engineering organization within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This executive-facing team manages activities that support the rhythm of the business, including executive reporting, workforce planning and management, and employee engagement programs.

We’re seeking a Principal Program Manager (PM) to join our team and drive operational excellence across business operations. You will own process improvement and change management initiatives along with supporting executive reporting for key programs.

This role is part of a lean team of high-performing PMs within the Chief of Staff organization for an SVP.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management with demonstrated experience working in highly visible, fast-paced roles. 

This role will require someone who is proactive and able to operate across large, complex teams, balancing detailed execution with executive-level communication.  A successful candidate will possess excellent judgment and be able to iterate and execute on ideas quickly.

Location: Seattle, WA - 3 days a week.
