**Overview**
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Principal Program Manager to join our Epsilon Product Engineering Project Management Office. This role will support Epsilons efforts of evolving our marketing technology suite of SaaS products. You'll be working with our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Messaging (Marketing Hub) teams, helping drive quarterly planning (we call continuous business and systems refinement sessions), milestones, track & communicate progress and risks, manage critical initiatives, communicate across stakeholder and execution teams, and oversee the end-to-end health of the two products.
As a Principal Program Manager, you'll drive continuous operational excellence in delivering new capabilities to our products, identifying and resolving process improvements. You'll manage and drive multiple cross-functional internal programs and initiatives at once to deliver the solutions needed for business growth. To succeed, you must be able to work independently, troubleshoot issues as they arise, adapt to agile environments, and communicate all initiative stages to key stakeholders. A key responsibility is working within our established process framework to meet milestones.
**What You’ll Achieve**
+ Work with geography distributed members of the Product, Platform, Architecture, Engineering, Product Design, and Decision Sciences organizations to manage the most critical organizational initiatives and set of product operational processes (quarterly planning, cross-product dependencies, critical production bug resolution, etc.)
+ Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to enhance current capabilities and drive the execution of the product roadmap.
+ Pull, analyze and communicate quarterly commitment metrics; maintain a confluence wiki and communicate the decisions, risks, blockers, completed features/capabilities, tradeoffs, new requests and releases.
+ Proactively identify, manage and coordinate cross-product dependences across the products; ensure alignment and visibility.
+ Comfortable with managing and evolving processes (including concept ideation, development, feature enhancements, production service level agreements, and priority tradeoffs).
+ Facilitate recurring meetings, including monthly leadership meetings, with stakeholders and leadership to review progress, cross-product dependencies, risk mitigations, and action plans for resolution.
+ Maintain a clear and reasonable vision of "next steps" and the "big picture" during meetings, capture and distribute action items, and follow up post-meeting.
+ Partner with Engineering and Product Management leads to ensure strategic alignment on priorities and deliverables, fostering a unified approach to product development.
+ Hold cross-functional teams accountable through influence.
+ Integrate change management plans with program and initiative plans.
+ Streamline processes, simplify execution, track, and manage quarterly goals.
+ Work closely in partnership with:
+ Product Management to understand upcoming roadmap priorities
+ Platform and Scrum Leads to understand dependencies, deadlines and risks
+ Engineering to understand the required architecture needed to achieve the product roadmap and operational scalability of the existing platform
+ Product Support and Delivery for critical production issues
+ Sales, Delivery, and Product Leads to track upcoming client integrations and pipeline & communicate production releases/capabilities/progress
+ Work with and align external products, platforms, delivery teams on cross dependencies, expectations, and issue resolution
+ Manage cross-program initiatives and multiple initiatives (projects)
+ Work across multiple time zones with distributed international teams
**Who You Are**
+ Excellent and versatile communication skills: Can comprehend complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them in simple, accessible language to diverse audiences.
+ Capable of earning trust and influencing stakeholders without formal authority to achieve required results
+ Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment, managing multiple stakeholders, with demonstrated experience delivering within an agile and product framework
+ Skilled listener and communicator, both verbally and in writing, who can engage colleagues and stakeholders with confidence
+ Experience troubleshooting issues with excellent problem-solving skills, including appropriate communication and resolution
+ Comfortable working in an adaptive environment where change is embraced, and priorities quickly shift due to industry, product, or user needs
+ 6 to 10 years’ project management experience in software or product development with increasing level of responsibility, preferably in a product, SaaS, marketing technology, or advertising technology organization
+ Proficient with collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office applications
+ Experience with PowerBi, is a plus
+ Experience with Scaled Agile Framework, is a plus
+ Experience working in a SaaS product and/or shared services, is a plus
+ Experience working with Customer Data Platforms, Email Service Provider space is a plus

Base Salary: $139,300 - $223,800
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
