As an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing the programs and processes that enable the global delivery of OCI products and services. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage program timelines, and ensure operational alignment across business, technical, and support teams. By owning internal tooling, workflow automation, and process improvements, you will help scale OCI’s operations, drive efficiency, and enable data-informed decision-making to support our rapid growth.

Qualifications: Execution-Oriented: Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and driving projects to completion in fast-paced environments. Process Optimization: Experience designing, implementing, and scaling operational processes and workflow automation. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage program metrics, KPIs, and generate actionable insights from operational data. Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and operational processes associated with large-scale platform delivery.
