Raytheon, an RTX Company, is seeking a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst for the Constellation Management, Processing, and Control (CMPC) portfolio. This position will directly support one or more programs within the CMPC portfolio. We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our programs, as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company. In this role, you will have opportunities to work independently as well as collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management to provide leadership and mentoring in financial reporting and processes. 

Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to quality while developing their leadership skills as a key business partner. Successful candidates must also be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as be able to multitask across a variety of tasks and work with all levels of the organization.

What You Will Do

Maintain program management baseline, to include incorporating BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation.Process cost transfers, as requiredMaintain the program cost collection structure in SAP, process contract modifications and coordinate bi-weekly invoicingGenerate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers.Generate and submit required CDRLs, such as Contracts Funds Status Reports (CFSR), Business Management Review (BMR) and Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR).Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as requested by management and others.Coordinate and lead the development of Estimates at Complete (EAC), as required by internal policies.Maintain the financial forecast for Bookings, Sales, Profit and Cash Flow as well as associated Risks and Opportunities against that forecast

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experienceExperience in Program Controls, ex. knowledge of Earned Value Management fundamentalsExperience with Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with SAP, APEX EV, forProject, Cobra or similar tools.Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations.Demonstrated ability for collaboration in a team environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and task flexibility.Demonstrated a sense of urgency and ability to meet multiple commitments.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
