As a Principal Product Manager (Technical) on Easy Ship, that’s exactly what you will be doing. We are looking for a dynamic, self-starting Product Manager to own delivery across features that require integration with processes and technology in business and operations teams. The candidate in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams (Global business teams, User Experience/Research, Program, Transportation to name a few) to identify new opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and deliver world-class products and services that delight our global Customer base and empower our Selling Partners. A successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will possess a strong product management background and will have demonstrated experience leading projects. You will be required to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus product/technical constraints, perform detailed data analyses, and influence the product decisions. This position requires an ability to strongly communicate business direction, gain trust and project manage across multiples of stakeholders, and be tenacious, paranoid and laser-focused on the delivering the product roadmap.
