**Overview** Our Money Products aim to help customers achieve financial progress by offering solutions for faster refunds, short-term lending, flexible payment options, and convenient banking. Our mission is to transform "making ends meet" from mere survival to creating genuine financial progress through technology-forward solutions. We are seeking a product manager who is curious and empathetic, capable of developing a deep understanding of our customers to create innovative fintech products. This role involves defining and leading the strategy and product management for new (0 to 1) fintech products in the Money space, with an initial focus on stablecoins. You will build strong partnerships with a talented group of engineers, collaborative and creative designers, marketing professionals, product managers, data scientists, and fintech experts, ensuring a rich and enjoyable learning experience every day. **What you'll bring** + 8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role of which at least 4+ years are in fintech (payments or commerce or related industries) + Proven track record of delivering results that have critical customer and business impact. + Technical Product Management experience working with engineering. AI & ML experience in product offerings/experiences a plus. + Energized by working across multiple partnerships and strong influencing skills. + Excels at driving prioritization and feature requirements to capabilities teams + Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision making. + Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. + Insanely curious, with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve. + Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in computer science, business administration or related field. An MBA is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered. **How you will lead** + Define vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes across a portfolio of fintech products. + Understands how to deliver capabilities and experiences that will be shared across multiple personas and customer archetypes. + Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to develop working relationships with senior end executive leaders across Intuit + Raises the bar for PM talent on the team through mentorship and coaching of other PMs on tactical execution and strategy. + Identifies new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends and best practices. + Creates and maintains momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset, and a bias toward action. + Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new feature development. + Identify and evaluate opportunities to accelerate delivery through the use of AI & ML EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
