Join Condé Nast as the key product manager driving revenue performance across our advertising technology ecosystem. In this major revenue impact role, you'll own, optimize, and scale the ad stack powering Vogue, GQ, Wired, and other iconic brands. Your technical expertise, analytical mindset, and relentless curiosity will help uncover new revenue opportunities and improve ad performance at scale.
Your Daily Impact
Own and optimize our core ad tech stack: Google Ad Manager, Prebid, Amazon TAM, and integrations with top SSPs (Magnite, PubMatic, Index Exchange)
Drive revenue decisions through data, targeting viewability improvements and improved ad speed across premium inventory
Lead daily crossfunctional standups with engineering, revenue, and ad ops teams
Monitor and improve key revenue metrics: viewability (70%+ target), CPMs ($+ premium inventory), and revenue per session
Manage performance dashboards, delivering weekly revenue insights to executive stakeholders
Own incident response for ad delivery issues, maintaining 99.9% availability for critical ad paths
Strategic Leadership
Drive yield optimization strategies targeting revenue growth through sophisticated price floors and auction mechanics
Develop partnerships alongside Advertising with strategic vendors (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon) to maximize demand quality
Lead revenue optimization initiatives with clear OKRs and tracking
Balance UX and revenue: maintain page load times while optimizing ad placements for maximum yield
Spearhead innovation in formats like video, rich media, and native ads across mobile and desktop
What You Bring
7+ years of hands on ad tech experience with deep expertise in programmatic advertising and yield optimization
Strong analytical foundation: SQL, A/B testing, and experience with data visualization tools
Track record of revenue growth: demonstrated history of driving revenue improvements
Technical problem solving skills: experience debugging complex ad delivery issues and optimizing header bidding
Strategic mindset: ability to balance quick wins with longterm platform improvements
Natural curiosity: passion for understanding auction dynamics, testing new approaches, and continuous learning
