How do we work? 

This is a hybrid role expecting 3 days in the office per week.  Our award-winning Prague office just underwent major renovation creating a collaborative space offering daily on-site snacks, gym, cinema, library, terrace, chill-zones, bike storage, and parking. 

 
About the Role & Team


As a Principal Product Growth Specialist, you’ll join a team responsible for the Growth of our Mobile portfolio. We’re a customer-centric team that strives to balance excellent user experience with maximized profits.  
 

To achieve this, we continually optimize our flows to reach the right customers at the right time with the right message. As our team member, you’ll have an excellent opportunity to improve existing purchase flows and bring new ideas to life using a mix of analytic, creative, and strategic thinking. Objectives:
 

Independently lead research, prioritization, and E2E execution of marketing initiatives across number of touchpoints in Mobile Security apps 

Enhance Performance – Analyze conversion funnels, run A/B tests, and iterate on processes to drive continual improvement. 

Champion a Test-and-Learn Culture – Encourage experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and innovation to enhance sales effectiveness

Proactively identify opportunities and solve business/data/technical challenges, without waiting for explicit instructions 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Creative) to drive user and revenue growth 

Own the monetization strategy and execution across first purchase, upsell, retention or reactivation touchpoints 

Define pricing levels for current and new product tiers and their underlying sources 

Own Program P&L – Take full ownership of profitability, ensuring an optimized balance between cost, revenue, and ROI. 

Competencies: 
 

5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product-led growth, or product management roles

Driving significant revenue and user growth via targeted marketing campaigns and product improvements

Thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong ownership and bias for action

Leveraging deep understanding of user psychology and behavior to optimize digital funnels and engagement

Designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and hypothesis-driven experiments with statistical rigor

Presenting complex data insights and growth updates clearly and persuasively to stakeholders

Demonstrating proactive “do first, ask later” attitude with high accountability

Collaborating effectively across teams while maintaining strong self-motivation and independence

Utilizing segmentation, cohort analysis, and LTV modeling to inform growth strategies

Applying SQL skills for data querying and in-depth analysis (strong plus)
