**What You'll Do at Pega:**
+ Collaborate closely with platform engineering and product management leadership to enhance the Pega Infinity platform.
+ Analyze customer incidents for trends on complex issues and provide insightful long-term solutions.
+ Develop a deep understanding of complex technical problems and propose effective resolutions.
+ Be hands-on in addressing technical challenges, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
+ Steer and recommend technical roadmap decisions based on in-depth analysis and understanding of current and future platform needs.
+ Work independently while effectively coordinating with various business functions to drive platform improvements and innovations.
+ Prototype and build proof of concept solutions and demos.
**Who You Are:**
You are a self-motivated and technically proficient engineer with a passion for solving complex problems. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the success of a leading platform.
**What You've Accomplished:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
+ Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
+ Experience with Kubernetes and GenerativeAI
+ Experience with one or more cloud providers, i.e. AWS, GCP
+ Strong analytical skills with the capability to analyze customer incidents and complex problems.
+ Hands-on experience in software engineering, with a deep understanding of technical challenges.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to various stakeholders.
+ Ability to recommend and influence technical roadmap directions based on thorough analysis.
