We are forming a new organization within Prime Video to redefine our operational landscape through the power of artificial intelligence. To lead this charge, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to own the product strategy for our suite of agentic AI automation solutions. You will be our thought leader in applying emerging generative and agentic AI to automate complex business workflows, driving significant efficiency and innovation. You will work backwards from business teams across Prime Video to identify high-impact opportunities, define the product roadmap, and lead the charge from conception through launch. This is a highly strategic and impactful role where you will partner with senior engineering and business leaders to build the future of how Prime Video operates.
Key job responsibilities
• Own and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI automation platform, working backwards from the needs of internal business customers.
• Lead product definition, working with engineering, science, and business stakeholders to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements.
• Drive the integration of technologies, including Generative AI and agentic workflows, to build innovative and scalable automation solutions.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning and development to go-to-market, ensuring successful launch and adoption.
• Work closely with engineering, business, operations, finance, and executive teams to bring products to market, making strategic trade-offs and driving alignment.
• Clearly communicate product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps to internal teams and senior leadership.
• Develop key metrics and performance indicators to measure product performance and provide a foundation for continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
