Define and drive the AI vision, strategy, and product roadmap for Amazon Marketplace, one of the largest and fastest growing business domains in Amazon Stores. This role will dive deep into AI/ML capabilities and develop strategies to a) build and deploy AI-powered solutions and b) drive adoption of AI tools across the organization.

Key job responsibilities
· Develop the AI vision, strategy, and product roadmap for Amazon JP Marketplace and present to senior executives.
· Own the prioritization framework for AI initiatives to decide which AI solutions to build and deploy.
· Work with various Tech and Science teams to build AI applications and solutions that drive business value.
· Demonstrate thought leadership in AI innovation and implementation strategies rather than just executing given requirements.
· Learn and share best practices with teams outside of Japan. If the US/EU are achieving good results, you will be responsible for learning what is working and replicating it in Japan. If Japan achieves good results, you are expected to share our best practices and insights with other regions.
