Principal Planning Administrator
**Job Overview:** The Principal Planning Administrator is responsible for supporting project planning and control activities by performing accurate data entry of work progress, actuals, and productivity metrics into planning systems. This role also involves maintaining and organizing planning documentation, assisting in the preparation of visual progress reports such as S-curves and histograms, and ensuring timely distribution of planning deliverables to relevant stakeholders. The position requires adherence to McDermott’s standards for project controls, document control, and HSE compliance. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** • Perform accurate data entry of work progress, actuals, and productivity data into project planning systems • Maintain and organize planning documentation, records, and reports • Support the preparation of progress curves, S-curves, histograms, and other visual reports as directed • Ensure timely distribution of planning deliverables and reports to relevant stakeholders • Comply with company procedures related to project controls, document control, and HSE standards **Essential Qualifications and Education:** • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline • 0–2 years of experience in planning administration or project control support, preferably in fabrication, construction, or oil & gas projects (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply) • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (mandatory) • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling • Good organizational and communication skills • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills \#LI-LD1 Our ingenuity fuels daily life.
