Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

Kuiper's Customer Terminal engineering team is expanding our Aviation Operations team and is looking for an individual who wants to work on a leading operations developing integrating our world changing communication technology with our Aviation partners. This role will be a critical part of the terminal development working with cross functional stakeholders ranging from hardware, software, and business development from concept to end of manufacture. Key job responsibilities
A Principal Operations Program Manager for Project Kuipe will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary team to conceive, design and develop innovative consumer products. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.

In this role, you will:

* Deliver results on complex projects involving cross functional teams across the company
* Manage operational execution at contract manufacturers to achieve program schedule.
* Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and product definition
* Contribute to and influence new product design and architecture
* Optimize manufacturing and supply chain for aviation programs
* Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems
* Coordinate with cross functional teams to deliver a quality product on time and at cost
* Drive continuous improvement at suppliers and internally
* Monitor supply and fulfillment of customer terminals and their subsystems
*This role will require domestic and international travel.

Export Control Requirement
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

A day in the life
Will be the Single Threaded Owner for all Operations activities for manufacturing phased array antennas into aircraft. You will work with engineering, software, antenna, business development, product management each day to meet Kuiper's delivery goals for customers.
