About the team
 

We drive growth through data-backed customer lifecycle strategies, targeted conversion optimization, and seamless experiences that support premium upsell, cross-sell, and retention. This is a high-impact role for those who thrive on strategy, experimentation, and end-to-end ownership.

Objectives:
 

Lead Growth Strategy for a Key Focus Area: Take charge of a specific lifecycle stage, product line, or customer segment across our freemium portfolio

Drive Customer and Business Impact: Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, User Acquisition, and Data teams to scale customer retention, revenue, and satisfaction

Turn Insights into Action: Design and execute experiments that optimize acquisition, conversion, and long-term customer value

Champion the End-to-End Journey: Identify improvement opportunities across platforms and touchpoints to elevate both user experience and business results

Own Key Outcomes: Take full responsibility for results in your domain — from ideation and planning to measurement and optimization

Competencies:
 

Digital Growth Expertise: Demonstrated success in digital marketing, product-led growth, online sales, and customer lifecycle optimization within freemium or subscription-based models.

Advanced Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, A/B testing, and performance modeling to drive data-informed decision-making.

Strategic Execution & Agility: Skilled in translating strategy into action, driving initiatives from roadmap development through to measurable results.

Cross-Functional Communication: Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Committed to balancing revenue growth with delivering long-term user value and exceptional customer experiences.

Proactive Leadership & Accountability: Takes initiative, leads with data-driven insights, and maintains ownership of outcomes and impact.

Nice to Have

Background in consumer cybersecurity, privacy, fintech, or mobile-first products

Experience working on globally distributed campaigns or product launches

Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, CDPs, and freemium monetization tactics
