What You'll Do:

The Principal Member of Technical Staff (PMTS) is a senior-level technical expert responsible for delivering complex projects and driving innovation. This role requires deep understanding of Network OSS (Operations Support Systems) with an ability to work in a dynamic environment with aggressive timelines while keeping security a top priority.

What You'll Need:

Lead design of scalable & secure systems supporting strategic Network Systems transformation initiatives.Development and integration of advanced technical solutions in cloud platforms, leveraging Artificial Intelligence.Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in core technologies and platforms, advising teams across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technology strategies.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree with 18+ years, Master’s with 16+ years, or PhD with 14+ years of relevant experience in a STEM field.Proven track record of delivering impactful technical solutions and leading large-scale projects.Strong analytical mindset with experience in Gen AI, horizontal systems, and emerging technologiesExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across levels.

Our Principal Member of Technical Staff earns between $180,200-$270,400 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Environmental Requirements:
