Design, implement, and execute GPU performance benchmarks using industry-standard suites, including MLPerf, SPEC ACCEL, and relevant HPC benchmarks. Perform in-depth profiling and analysis of GPU workloads using advanced tools such as NVIDIA Nsight, CUDA Profiler, and CUPTI. Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to define and capture realistic GPU-centric workload benchmarks, translating real-world scenarios into actionable test cases. Utilize and optimize deep learning frameworks and libraries, including NVIDIA Megatron, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and RAPIDS. Develop scripts and automation for running and analyzing benchmarks across multiple hardware generations and configurations. Synthesize and communicate performance findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance on hardware and software optimizations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in GPU hardware and benchmarking methodologies within the industry.
