Job Title: Principal Mechanical EngineerJob Description The Principal Mechanical Engineer will play a key role in providing technical content during design reviews and delivering comprehensive technical data packages. This role includes creating interface models, contributing mechanical content, conducting trade studies, and ensuring configuration control for design changes and updates to drawings. Additionally, the engineer will provide technical assistance, present design change requests, and identify potential risks and opportunities. Essential Skills + Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree + 5-10+ years of Mechanical Systems Design experience. + Proficiency in Siemens or Siemens NX. (Strongly preferred requirement) + Experience with Common Product Lifecycle Management (CPLM) or Product Data Management (PDM) tools. + Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Prior background in Aerospace or Department of Defense (DoD). + Experience in structural and thermal analysis for electrical packaging. + Experience in electrical packaging or Circuit Card Assembly. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
