This individual will support the transition of two key programs Common Range Integrated Instrumentation System (CRIIS), Tactical Combat Training Systems (TCTS II) and Terminal High Altitude Area Defense, programs. **What You Will Do:** + Technical Interpretation: Analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications for Digital and RF products. + Test Planning: Evaluate and approve test plans and test equipment designs. Select and order capital test equipment with cost/payback analysis. + Capacity Planning: Assess and plan for staffing and test equipment needs. Identify innovative test approaches to minimize staffing and capital costs. + Defect Reduction: Eliminate or reduce test defects and improve yields. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for test failures. + Engineering Principles: Apply standard engineering and manufacturing principles to solve technical problems with minimal guidance. + Test Methods: Develop, implement, and maintain test methods and processes for complex RF circuit card and sub-assembly designs. + Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical assistance and training to floor test technicians. + Documentation Management: Maintain up-to-date test documentation and oversee accurate change management. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
