Job Description:

The Principal Landscape Architect provides oversight to realize execution excellence in the delivery of all phases of landscape architecture projects under his/her direction and in the landscape group generally. He/she shall be responsible for the technical excellence of the tasks and analyses performed, regulatory compliance, and for on-schedule completion of landscape projects within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Strong technical Landscape Architectural skills, with at least 4-years of experience in the GCC area, ideally with time spent on-site and with knowledge of local site conditions.Excellent ability to develop, draw and communicate technical and design ideas from concept to technical stage.Exceptional communication skills. Excellent spoken and written EnglishAbility to work in a complex environment with many moving parts and high levels of ambiguityAbility to lead and mentor other staff members across multiple organizationsAbility to work well under pressureA motivated all-rounder with a positive can-do attitude and demonstrable technical abilities.Proficiency in AutoCADGood working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft office                                                                                                                                  

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized universityMinimum of 4 years’ experience in landscape design field showing increasing levels of responsibilityExperience managing groups for established Architecture/Engineering firms or the client sideExperience dealing with UAE based municipalities and developersProven leadership and delivery abilityKnowledge of LEED and ESTIDAMA principles, certification preferred
