About the role What you need to know: We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Principal IT Business Analyst / Technology Business Partner Lead to join our Technology Center of Excellence in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will operate at the intersection of technology and business, guiding scalable architecture, enabling cross-platform integration, and delivering digital transformation across our multi-country, highly integrated SaaS-based insurance ecosystem. You will bring strong problem-solving skills to lead resolution paths, support technology alignment, and promote solution integrity. Responsible for: · Designing scalable system and data architecture within a complex SaaS landscape · Coordinating cross-functional and multi-vendor delivery teams · Leading the lifecycle of API integrations with external stakeholders (banks, regulators, partners) · Ensuring change governance, vendor management, and SDLC discipline · Translating business needs into technology-enabled strategies · Supporting AI adoption and omnichannel platform readiness · Documenting processes, producing architectural artifacts, and mentoring technical teams · Applying strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and address technology challenges across stakeholders and platforms What we’re looking for: ·Previous working experience in IT, digital transformation, or enterprise systems delivery · Professional experience in cloud-based SaaS platforms and vendor management · Mastery in business analysis, solution architecture, and stakeholder management · Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central 365, Azure, and insurance-specific applications · Advanced understanding of secure API design and ecosystem integration · Proficiency in SQL and object- or data-oriented programming languages · Excellent communication and executive presentation skills Desired Qualifications · Experience in financial services or regulated industries · Familiarity with SOC, ISO, and compliance frameworks · Awareness of AI technologies and modern UX/UI practices At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
