Principal Investigator - Terrestrial Ecotoxicology - Full Time

Our Ecotoxicology Team in Southern France (Fourcès) have an immediate opening for a Principal Investigator who will be responsible for the performance of regulatory GLP field studies phases according to the relevant OECD guidelines.

Job DescriptionResponsibility for the conduct of the study phase and for the presentation of the raw data generated during the study, working under GLP;Field preparation and sampling;Continuous communication with the study director, about the development and events related to the studies and with field technicians;Assisting the study director in the preparation of study protocols and data entry;Ensuring that all experimental data is correctly recorded and verified;Ensuring compliance with the study protocol and regulatory guidelines;Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and associated documents;Participating in study-specific client visits as required;Assist in the day-to-day running of the facility, including maintenance of the inventory and calibration of equipment.

Qualifications

Master Degree educated in Agronomy/Biology or Environmental Sciences with a focus on Ecotoxicology.  CRO and/or industrial experience as well working within a GLP environment would be an advantage plus knowledge of Agroscience practices and principals.  You will possess excellent organizational skills combined with operational excellence. You can proactively deliver results within tight deadlines with keen attention to detail, working both independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team.  A good level of spoken and written English is a must for this position. Knowledge of the French language as well is preferable.
