Create scalable frameworks, templates, and guidelines to support content contributors across CTS in producing consistent, high-quality content
Apply principles of instructional design, UX, and information architecture to improve clarity, usability, and discoverability of support content
Use customer insights, behavioral data, and performance metrics to continuously measure and improve the content experience

7+ years of experience in content design, instructional design, UX writing, or technical content development, with a strong portfolio of multi-format content (e.g., step-by-step guides, videos, structured collections, content-driven web pages)
Deep expertise in content architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and scalable content models that support modularity, reuse, and consistency
Demonstrated ability to design content strategies and frameworks that support self-service, adoption, and discoverability across diverse customer audiences

Experience designing content for SaaS products, technical platforms, or customer success environments
Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and their impact on content discoverability, structure, and optimization
Working knowledge of structured content systems (e.g., CCMS, component-based authoring) and SEO principles for both human and machine-readable content
Proven ability to lead content initiatives from concept to execution while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners in UX, product, support, and enablement
