**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Infra Developer with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow Customer Service Management. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of these technologies to drive our projects forward and deliver exceptional results. The position does not require travel and operates during the day shift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery.
+ Oversee the integration of ServiceNow Performance Analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making.
+ Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow Customer Service Management to improve customer interactions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions.
+ Ensure the infrastructure meets the highest standards of performance security and reliability.
+ Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure seamless operations.
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all infrastructure projects.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in infrastructure development.
+ Mentor and support junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
+ Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
+ Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
**Qualifications**
+ Must have extensive experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery.
+ Must have strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
+ Must have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
+ Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments.
+ Nice to have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Nice to have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Nice to have a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.
**Certifications Required**
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
