**Job Requisition ID #** 25WD88272 **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced Principal Information Systems Engineer to lead enterprise-level administration and governance of Microsoft 365 services, with a specialized focus on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams Voice. This role also includes ownership of licensing governance, service configurations, and collaboration platform health. **Responsibilities** + Lead administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive + Own the configuration and operational management of Microsoft Teams Voice, including Direct Routing, dial plans, call queues, auto attendants, number assignments, and voice routing policies + Drive governance standards including usage policies, lifecycle management, and configuration baselines + Develop license governance models, usage analytics, and performance monitoring dashboard + Collaborate with identity, security, and infrastructure teams to maintain operational continuity and compliance + Maintain thorough documentation, SOPs, and platform configurations **Minimum Qualifications** + 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration within large-scale enterprise environments + Deep expertise in Microsoft Teams Voice/Telephony, including SIP trunking and Direct Routing + Proven experience in license governance and reporting using PowerShell and Microsoft 365 tools + Strong communication and leadership skills with an ability to influence cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive administration + Microsoft certifications such as MS-700, MS-100, or MS-101 are highly preferred \#LI-MR2 **Learn More** **About Autodesk** Welcome to Autodesk!
