For This Role, You Will Need: 8+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role/experience Bachelor’s degree or above Ability for strategic business partnering, coach and influence senior management Ability to analyze data, using data to identify insights and recommend solutions Ability to get results, plan, coordinate, and prioritize with a sense of urgency regarding results Ability to build strong working relationships, adjust own interpersonal approach to fit the interpersonal style of others Ability to communicate effectively, adjust own communication style to fit the audience and the message. Provides information to others across the organization.
