How will you make an impact:
Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will be a trusted finance business partner supporting the GMP Business Finance team within the Clinical Research Group; supporting the delivery of our near and long-term financial objectives.
This is a full-time, fully onsite position.
Candidates based in Raleigh, NC will be considered for this position. We will also consider candidates located in Wilmington, NC or Middleton, WI.
What you will do:
Business partner with department leaders enabling them to make data driven financial decisions that align with organizational goals and objectivesProvide financial guidance to operations management utilizing department specific trended KPI’s and P&L analysisLead monthly department reviews and forecasting process; delivering reporting with a focus on data visibility, accuracy, and timelinessDevelopment and maintenance of monthly dashboards supporting performance management and execution of Annual Operating Planning (AOP), STRAP (Strategic Plan), and other ad hoc reportingProactively develop finance models to enable senior management to predict business outcomes, identify data trends, and solve business problems to drive margin expansionUtilize dashboards to improve financial forecasting accuracy and consolidate department risks and opportunitiesChange advocate driving productivity and efficiency through innovation, improvements in execution, and PPI implementationMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related fields5+ years of business finance experienceHigh proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPointPrior experience with SAP, Hyperion/Essbase and HFMKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day. Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Moderate mobility required. Occasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs. Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.Able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.Frequently interacts with others, relates sensitive information to diverse groups both internally & externally. Ability to apply basic principles to solve conceptual issues. The salary range estimated for this position is $118,000 - $122,000. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
