For This Role, You Will Need: A BS degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics). At least 5 years of experience in the Test and Measurement industry. A minimum of 3 years of software programming experience. Willingness and ability to travel regionally and to Austin, TX up to 25% of the time. U.S. citizenship status (required due to government contracts).
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Degree concentration in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in software design patterns and software engineering concepts. Advanced skills in LabVIEW, .NET, Python, or C++. 5+ years of NI LabVIEW and TestStand development experience with certifications. Experience developing and supporting automated measurement systems. Knowledge of RF fundamentals, radar, and electronic warfare technologies. Familiarity with NI PXI and modular instruments (RF, mixed signal, digital). 2+ years of FPGA and fixed-point algorithm programming experience. Domain expertise in ADG testing methodologies and workflows. 2+ years in a customer-facing engineering role. Experience contributing to strategic initiatives and account planning. Ability to integrate business, operational, and interpersonal considerations into technical engagements.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $225,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
