Job Summary:
The Principal Enterprise Systems Analyst at Mercury Systemsplays a key role in implementing ERP acquisitions and improve enterprise-wide functionality. This position supports Mercury's transformation through technology by designing, developing, testing and deploying solutions across ERP and manufacturing systems. It requires strong collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure scalable, effective, and business aligned solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create and maintain business process maps Collaborate with the Project Management team to provide and report system updates to senior leadership Support and developing both existing and new ERP interfaces, customizations, extensions, and 3rd party applications integrated with Oracle’s E-Business applications Analyze, document, and translate ERP business requirements across end-to-end ERP processes Conduct in-depth analysis of ERP systems and integrations with applications such as Oracle, FactoryLogix, Deltek/Cobra, Salesforce, and time/expense tracking systems Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements across manufacturing workflows. Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials to support change management initiatives Occasional travel to Mercury locations may be requiredRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field Typically requires a minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP environments, ideally in defense, or compliance driven industries Proven experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP: particularly in modules supporting manufacturing and supply chain Hands on functional experience with ERP implementation, integration and enhancement projects Knowledge of defense manufacturing processes, shop floor manufacturing tools, inventory management, quality procurement, and compliance Experience contributing to the design, testing, and maintenance of manufacturing-related master data (including items, specifications, routings, formulas, process instructions, process variables, and workforce information) Working knowledge with project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, JIRA, TFS) Proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud (11.5.10 or later) with functional knowledge & technical experience of modules such as manufacturing, distribution, finance & project billing Strong technical background, with expertise in PL/SQL Preferred Qualifications: SQL*Plus XML Publisher TOAD AI Modeling Reporting tools ETL Tools Project Management certifications AWS Certifications and experience
