What you need to have:  

5+ years’ experience in the IT industry. Demonstrable experience of working on successful test programs on enterprise scale applications or projectsExperience of working in scrum teams within SAFe delivery framework will be preferredExperience in applying GenAI capabilities for BAU work effectiveness, practical usecasesExperience of working in Agile POD, Squad model and In-Sprint AutomationEnd to end experience of the project lifecycle and experience of RAD/AgileDemonstrable experience of working in Programs on enterprise scale applications or projects


Technical Skillset required:

Experience in UI and API test automationExposure to GenAI utilities - Copilot or equivalent plugin or toolingSpecific experience with the following:Experience of UI Automation with WebdriverIO and SauceVisualAPI test automation with RestAssured and PactumJSProficiency in TypeScript and Core JavaExperience of Jmeter and LoadRunner for Performance testing will be a plusExperience of using AzureDevOps for End-to-End Test deliveryRepository, CI/CD Pipeline management experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
