Plays key role in defining technology roadmap that’s in line with Legal business strategic vision. **Responsibilities*** + Develop and implement technology strategies and roadmaps that are inline to the business and product vision. + Plays key role in designing complex enterprise grade applications, using modern technologies. These application solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies, and tools. + Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business growth and innovation. + Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best engineering practices. + Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning. + Will not have direct reports but will influence multiple teams in terms of technology direction. + Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from manager or other leads. + Ability to navigate bank’s processes and help resolve project impediments or development team. + Interpret business requirements and translate them into design solutions.
