**Process Overview***
Employee experience technology, designs and delivers modern technology solutions for all teammates globally to interact, perform in their roles and service critical staff support organizations including Chief Administrative Office, Global Strategy & EnterprisePlatforms, GlobalHuman Resources, Corporate Audit & Credit Review, and Legal.
Legal Technology enables modern practice of law through technology transformation and is responsible for delivering strategic technology solutions to the Legal Department and Office of the Corporate.
**Job Description***
We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer who can lead engineering solutions across multiple initiatives in Legal technology. Will be involved in designing complex systems that are scalable, secure, performant, resilient, high available and maintainable. Have a good understanding of best engineering practices and seamlessly integrate them across SDLC processes. Ability to collaborate with product owners and business analysts in understanding business needs and deliver optimal technology solutions. Mentors and coaches’ senior engineers and feature leads to design and follow best engineering practices. Plays key role in defining technology roadmap that’s in line with Legal business strategic vision.
**Responsibilities***
+ Develop and implement technology strategies and roadmaps that are inline to the business and product vision.
+ Plays key role in designing complex enterprise grade applications, using modern technologies. These application solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies, and tools.
+ Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business growth and innovation.
+ Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best engineering practices.
+ Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
+ Will not have direct reports but will influence multiple teams in terms of technology direction.
+ Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from manager or other leads.
+ Ability to navigate bank’s processes and help resolve project impediments or development team.
+ Interpret business requirements and translate them into design solutions. Ensures delivered solutions are realized in timeframe committed. Build strong relationship and influence on team members.
+ Ability to Create and maintain system, functional and reference documentation.
+ Participate in scrum teams working on sprints and ensure on time delivery with high quality.
+ Excellent communication and influencing skills.
**Requirements***
**Education*** B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M.Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA/MBA
**Experience Range*** 15 to 18 years
**Foundational skills***
+ Performed Solution Architecture for 5+ Years and very good understanding of Network architecture.
+ Extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies including Dotnet, T-SQL, Angular.
+ Sound knowledge in CI/CD tools and their usage, Containers, Kubernetes.
+ Sound knowledge in Security concepts like OAuth/OpenID, Kerberos, SecDevOps.
+ Strong working knowledge on all Design patterns including Singleton, Factory, Façade, Circuit breaker, Observability.
+ Minimum of 10 years web development experience using Microsoft technologies
+ 7+ years of MS SQL Server development experience
+ 5+ years of Angular development experience
+ Minimum of 5 years of Scrum and Agile SDLC experience
+ Minimum of 5 years working knowledge in using CI/CD tools including Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible Tower
+ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
+ Strong business acumen and ability to drive technical vision.
+ Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git)
+ Ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
**Desired skills**
+ Experience with Domain Driven Design framework
+ Good knowledge on SSIS and other ETL technologies
+ Experience with JavaScript framework
+ Knowledge of HTML5 frameworks
**Work Timings*:** 11 AM to 8 PM
