Job Requirements
Lead a team of 50+ Engineers with Techno managerial role.Process focus and continuous improvement orientation.Responsible for the success of the project delivering with quality; Includes on-time on-budget delivery.Providing mentorship and support team in analyzing requirements of projects.Review tasks and other submission to the internal & external customers.Build customer relation through good interactions and responsiveness.Ensuring competency of team as per the technical requirements of projects.

Work Experience
20+ years of experience in Project Engineering.Experience in Conducting workflow review meetings in various phase of projects.Reviewing project documents and technical deliverables are compliant with technical scope requirements of the projects.Coordinate with Customer SPC on workflows, conduct progress review meetingsMaintain control over the project by measuring performance at defined intervals and plan/manage changes as required.Able to develop project checklist, work instruction, project specification.Responsible for successful completion of the project within the agreed scope, cost and Schedule constraints meeting the quality requirementsExperience in handling both Maintenance and reliability activities for instrumentations.Knowledge on Hazardous Area Classifications, ATEX, IP ratings.Knowledge of global standards like ISA, IEC, ASME, CE and others related standardsKnowledge of control system architecture, Alarm management and Equipment Obsolescence Determination.Expertise in DCS, ESD’s, SIS, SSD, PLCs, Field Instrumentation and Fire and gas detection systemReview vendors’/sub-vendors’ technical drawings/documents.Good knowledge on surveillance for critical instruments and control systems.Knowledge about Factory Acceptance Test/Site Acceptance Test of various vendor packages.Knowledge of Compressor Control Systems, Vibration Monitoring Systems, Various Gas & Liquid Analysers.Knowledge of SIL assessment/verification for Safety functions using exSilentia, Exida, SIL Solver.Should have good track record in creating a technical road-map and build the capability.Interface and provide clarifications, guidance and technical support to internal team & also with customer.Working experience in SAP, PM and MM Modules knowledge is required.
