The Digital Transformation Consultant will be responsible for defining and executing the digital transformation strategy across PLM, Quality, CAD, and Manufacturing solutions. You will drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, optimize workflows, and enhance collaboration to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and foster innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of PLM, Quality, CAD, and manufacturing processes, coupled with a proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects.
What You Will Do
What You Need to Be Successful
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in PLM, Quality, CAD, and/or Manufacturing, with a proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.Deep understanding of PLM, Quality, CAD, and manufacturing processes and technologies.Strong knowledge of emerging digital technologies and their applications in manufacturing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.Experience with Industry 4.0 concepts.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Bonus Points if You Have
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience with statistical analysis tools and programming languages.Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in cost analysis.Experience with AI/ML implementations within a manufacturing environment.Experience in digital twin development and deployment.Relevant certifications in areas such as data analytics, business intelligence, PLM, PCM, and ERP.Experience in the Automotive or High-tech industry.What Makes You Eligible
