The ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in transport planning, exceptional client-facing skills, and a strategic mindset."" + Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development of transport master plans and mobility solutions for various projects across the Middle East. + Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives, presenting proposals, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. + Innovative Solutions: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technologies and future mobility concepts into transport infrastructure projects. + Project Oversight: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within prescribed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. + Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, urban planners, and engineering teams, to align transport plans with broader development strategies. + Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of transport planning professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture. + Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all transport plans adhere to local regulations, standards, and industry best practices. + Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize transport solutions. + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field. + Extensive experience in transport planning, with a focus on master plans, plot design, and future mobility solutions. + Proven ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and present comprehensive project proposals. + Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery. + In-depth knowledge of transport infrastructure projects in the Middle East, particularly in Riyadh. + Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. + Proficiency in relevant software tools for transport planning and analysis.
