We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer to support the development and delivery of our high-quality Darwin™ product. We are looking for a passionate individual with effective and efficient software development skills to help us innovate and enhance our software solutions.
THE ROLE & YOUR MISSION:
Designing and developing our main product, Darwin; Deliver the Darwin Roadmap: productivity and quality of software produced is in line with expectations, ensuring any guidance or feedback is followed and implemented; Work closely with any mentors or assigned senior engineers to ensure development needs are met; Ensuring best-practice development methods are used and followed where relevant Designing and Developing systems that are maintainable, scalable, extensible, reliable and secure; Extensive front-end development, using the latest web technologies, to create user-friendly and accessible user experiences; Working in multi-disciplined teams including Architecture, Quality Engineering, Product Management, UX Object-Oriented Programming (SOLID) fundamentals;YOUR EXPERIENCE & VALUES:
At least 1 year of experience in software development and delivery; Common design patterns and SOLID principles; Debugging and general problem-solving skills; Agile development methodology along with full software development life cycle experience; Proactive communication and cross-group collaboration; Web performance, testability, accessibility and security; HTTP(S) and other common communication protocols; RESTful APIs C# .Net, ASP.Net Core; HTML & CSS; Angular 2.0 and above; TypeScript; Web API;WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:
