Experience Level:

20+ years’ experience in Aerospace Industry preferable in Aero Engines with proven technical leadership skills and building large teams starts from hiring, training, develop functional org charts, execution delivery excellence. Experience to own and drive digital technologies for a specific program with proven outcome. 

 

Role and experience:

 

Experienced in Aero engine Rotating parts and Cold Airfoils Mechanical Design & AnalysisExperience in various field conditions, failure analysis and its solutions (damage analysis, repair development and manual updates)In depth knowledge of Non conformance and NC reduction processIn depth knowledge of FAA Certification analysis and Lifing Hands-on experience on design lifecycle process (ownership of tollgate design process)Experience in Ramp-up large high performing team and resulting higher delivery excellence.Job description, training, implementing industry best practices, metrics, and drive customer satisfaction. Drive automation and increase productivity/efficiency/Quality/OTDDigitalizing Internal & Customers’ Business/Engineering processes Enhancing Value Addition through Digital SolutionsEstablish YoY productivity savings.Experience with Local Global approach and working experience with Multi geographies around the world.Expertise in recognizing industry challenges and developing customized solutions to secure new business.Support, connect, collaborate and mediate wherever needed to enable smooth execution of the programManage the communication plan with customers, cross sell, up sell and support incremental growth.Responsible for Technology Road Map Development for a department and mature (Q on Q progression)Thrive in a fast paced, demanding, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.High energy, resourceful, driven, self-motivated, team playerSuperior analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to anticipate and resolve complex issuesExceptional leadership skills including cross-functional collaboration, schedule management, prioritization, conflict resolution and risk management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Able to influence key stakeholders, to drive alignment and deliver outcomesHungry to learn, quick to adapt, and open-minded
