Skills/Abilities and Knowledgeハードウェア・エンジニアとして顧客に技術説明が可能電子機器のハードウェア開発・設計の実務経験自動車に搭載する電装品の量産開発、市場不具合の評価経験電子部品のハードウェア設計技術者として即戦力となる方主体的に障害解析業務、製品評価業務に携わることのできる方品質部門、調達部門、製造部門と協調して業務を遂行できる方英語で海外の技術者とコミュニケーションがとれる（メールは必須、会話で意思疎通ができることが望ましい）ビジネスレベルの日本語（顧客とのコミュニケーション必須）Soft Skills若い技術者をリードしていくマインドをお持ちの方
