Join a multi-skilled team dedicated to developing innovative wearable cardiac arrhythmia monitors and associated cloud-based software. In this role, you'll work in a small and dedicated team passionate about the development of these products. The ideal candidate will be motivated by the unique challenges and opportunities of a fast-growing medical device organization, by solving sophisticated technical problems, and have a penchant for continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

What you'll be doing

Deploying, securing and supporting cloud infrastructure solutions to meet system requirements.Working with and designing automation solutions at scale.Configuration management across all services and environments.Building and maintaining pipelines to allow for continuous integration and development.Release engineering (branching, versioning, tagging, etc.)System performance monitoring, logging, and testing.Working with team members to integrate deployments and infrastructure.Developing cloud security strategies.Create documentation consistent with security and regulatory standards.

What you'll bring

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent field with 5+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer.Cloud Platforms experience, Azure preferred.Experience with Linux administration.Experience securing components of a cloud-based application.Experience with AD B2C IntegrationExperience with Kubernetes and Docker or similar orchestration/containerization technologies.Experience with Source Control systems and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with configuration management and issue tracking.Strong ability to troubleshoot issues.Familiarity with Agile development principles.Medical device experience is preferred.Experience developing to any of HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC2, SOX, PCI standards is also preferred.Familiarity with Python and YAML desired.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 to $154,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
