About the Role

This position is for a Principle Software Engineer with 10+ years of mobile apps experience. The position requires a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed/excel whose main responsibility is designing and developing mobile apps products. As a Principle Software Engineer the candidate is expected to take a leading role in architecture design and get involved in daily development activities.  Other responsibilities include following company processes and procedures for firmware development and working closely in a team environment. This individual should have a strong, positive attitude and the ability to easily multitask and provide advice/support to other engineers. They should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

What You Will Do

Provide technical leadership in end to end design, development, and testing of mobile appsWork with technical leads, managers and product stakeholders to define and manage the technical roadmapPrepare and present potential technical solutions and advise the business on approach and tradeoffsWork with developers, business analysts and subject matter experts to understand the complex technological system in order to produce integrated end-to-end solution optionsCommunicate solution approaches to enterprise architects, project team and other stakeholdersKeep up-to-date on cutting edge technologies and effectively incorporate that knowledge to our platform roadmap, design and implementationDefine the technical requirements for the implementation of the mobile apps solutionPreparing technical solutions and architecture documents, artifacts, work products and presentations for the customer

What You Need to Be Successful

Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Master degree is preferred10+ years of mobile application software development experienceStrong hands-on experience building consumer facing mobile NATIVE and HYBRID solutions for iOSA thorough understanding of iOS, architecture, OOP, design patterns, and experience in mobile application integrationExcellent skills of Objective-C, Swift; and expert in XCodeDeep knowledge of scalability, security and maintainability of high volume mobile applicationsExperience with mobile analyticsExpert in SVN, Git CLI / ToolsKnowledge with SOAP, RESTful WS and JSON, XMLExcellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills
