Intuit is seeking a Principal, Diversity & Inclusion Partner to lead our strategy for external talent partnerships. This role is focused on building and expanding relationships with external organizations to attract top talent from every corner of the talent pool, aligning with our company's hiring strategy to deliver on our biggest bets. You will be a subject matter expert and strategic thinker who is outcomes focused, a talented collaborator, and have a passion for creating a lasting, positive impact. Please note that Intuit is a hybrid environment, with 3 days per week in office. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. _Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender._ **What you'll bring** + **10+ years of experience** managing global, cross-functional, or complex programs, with a focus on external partnerships within the Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion space. + Deep passion and desire to positively impact Diversity and Inclusion. + Proven track record of influencing others without direct authority to achieve solutions that meet Intuit’s objectives. + Highly effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage teams, peers, and management. + Demonstrated diplomacy, emotional intelligence, and customer empathy. + Proven program management experience with the ability to effectively drive cross-functional projects with multiple partners. + Experience managing budgets and in financial oversight, able to drive efficiencies when needed by the business. + Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate flexibility in adjusting priorities as business needs change. + Highly self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple demands with minimal supervision. + Experience leveraging KPIs and ROI metrics to drive efficiencies and outcomes. + Deep experience in global Talent Acquisition Practices **How you will lead** + **Program Strategy & Roadmap** : Use your business acumen to establish a comprehensive roadmap for external talent partnerships that aligns with the company’s hiring strategy to deliver on its biggest bets. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gain wide input and acceptance of strategies and ensure priorities support the broader company goals. A core expectation is your ability to leverage AI and intelligent automation to optimize workflows, analyze complex feedback, and derive predictive insights that shape our strategy. + **External Partnership Leadership** : Lead the development and implementation of a global program framework that defines how we prioritize and deliver this critical work thoughtfully and at scale. This framework will include designing principles for assessing partnerships, a global project plan and roadmap for achieving our desired outcomes. + **Outcomes & Impact Focused** **:** Obsess over outcomes and driving impact for our customers via data-driven approaches to external talent partnerships that attract top talent from every corner of the talent pool to Intuit. You will also create a prioritization model and define how we measure the impact of our efforts holding yourself and cross-functional partners accountable for the outcomes you co-own. + **Influence, Engagement & Change Management** : Lead meetings with the business, external partners, and internal stakeholders to drive multiple streams of work. You will establish mission-based teams, foster inclusion and collaboration, and conduct empathy interviews to gather feedback that shapes our strategy and engagement. You also have the proven ability to manage change end-to-end through business processes. + **Program Governance:** Oversee the day-to-day management of the project plan and milestones. You will provide regular communication on program updates, progress, challenges, and opportunities. You will also partner with executive leadership to resolve the most significant barriers and risks and use data-driven decisions and recommendations to support program and corporate goals.
