Principal Consultant - Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation Services

We are currently recruiting a Principal Consultant with appropriate background and qualifications to join our Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation (LPMR) team in Singapore. It is expected that the selected candidate will be primarily supporting project delivery and opportunities pursuit for our site assessment, risk assessment and remediation services in Singapore, as well as Southeast Asia region. The candidate may also be required to support across our broader range of services within Asia Pacific region.

To support the successful delivery of ERM projects and objectives by:

Leading, coordinating and managing planning, execution and reporting of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), risk assessment and remediation projects through the whole project life cycleDeveloping, implementing and maintaining proactive health and safety, environmental and quality management program at project sitesDeveloping and promoting good sustainability practices within projectsManaging and supervising ERM project team and subcontractorsEstablishing strong working relationships with clients through project delivery and engagementLeading or supporting preparation or technical and commercial proposal, as well as business development effortsMeet business financial targets, overall project budget and schedule, client satisfaction/expectations, and internal and contract requirementsProactively support continuous development of LPMR services in Singapore and Southeast Asia;Demonstrate the drive and ambition to develop the business and grow across a wide range of service areas and regions

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in ESA, risk assessment and remediation projects, preferably in Singapore and Southeast AsiaStrong leadership and communications skillsDemonstrated project management and contractor management experiences, with working knowledge on workplace health and safety, as well as waste and hazardous material managementPreferably with experiences working in diversified energy (including oil and gas), chemical / pharmaceutical and/or government sectorsRelevant tertiary qualification (Science or Engineering degree) on Civil / Environmental Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering (or equivalent)
