Inviting applications for the role ofPrincipal Consultant-Front- ReactJS TypeScript
In this role, In this role, you will lead the development of scalable, high-performance front-end applications that power Genpact’s AI and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of responsive, user-centric web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
Implement reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Experience in front-end development
Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6 )
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of accessibility and web standards
